ABOUT / Not enough words
It's hard for a single paragraph to adequately communicate the hardships of over 20,000 people
living in poverty in our community. Or the social apathy that has allowed that reality. Or what
it would be like—really—to go hungry because of it.
Likewise, it's hard to put into words that interior thing that has propelled hundreds in our area
into action. It's hard to contain in text the passion that has driven individuals and families and
schools and businesses to reach beyond themselves and embrace unknown neighbors; to expand the
definition of community; to help people meet their most basic needs.
So peruse a bit. Check out our story. See if it resonates. And if it does, don't stop there.
